These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of telamanis.com and its public content and forms. They are not a client service agreement.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Website Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Telamanis, its managed legal operations services, remote legal staffing, and AI-assisted applications for plaintiff personal injury firms. Website descriptions, examples, planning benchmarks, and calculators are informational and may not reflect the facts, costs, or results of a particular firm.

3. Client Engagements Are Governed Separately

Submitting a form, requesting a systems review, or using public website content does not create a client engagement. Any Telamanis service engagement requires an applicable signed agreement or statement of work. That signed agreement controls scope, staffing, deliverables, pricing, payment, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual-property rights, warranties, risk allocation, term, termination, dispute procedures, and governing law. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. No Legal Advice; Human Review Required

Telamanis is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Website content and public demonstrations do not create an attorney-client relationship. Telamanis services and AI-assisted tools support workflows; licensed attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, strategy, filings, deadlines, communications, and final work-product approval.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to access nonpublic systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
• Interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation;
• Introduce malware, automated abuse, or misleading form submissions;
• Use the website to violate another person's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights; or
• Submit case files, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other protected or highly sensitive information through a public website form.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the website's text, branding, graphics, software, and design are owned by or licensed to Telamanis and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business purposes. You represent that information submitted through a public form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not send confidential case materials or PHI through a public form. Our handling of website information is described in the Website Privacy Notice. Client service data is governed by the applicable signed agreement and any required BAA.

The site may link to third-party services. Telamanis does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. The website is provided for general informational use and may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Telamanis does not warrant that public website content is complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes to a client engagement require the process specified in the applicable signed agreement and are not made by editing this website page.
