Website Privacy Notice
How Telamanis handles information collected through its public website.
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
This Website Privacy Notice explains how Telamanis LLC ("Telamanis," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through telamanis.com and related public website forms. Client service data is governed by the applicable written service agreement, statement of work, confidentiality terms, and Business Associate Agreement where one is required.
1. Scope of This Notice
This notice covers the public Telamanis website, including contact, systems-review, resource, and Vera lead-capture experiences. It does not replace the data-handling terms in a signed client agreement and is not intended to authorize the submission of case files, medical records, or other protected or highly sensitive information through a public website form.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, firm name, role, information about your firm's operating needs, and the contents of your message. If a form asks for other fields, the form itself identifies what is being requested.
2.2 Website and Device Information
Our current website analytics may collect or generate:
- IP address and user-agent information sent with a web request;
- Pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers stored in local or session storage;
- Page path, page title, referring URL, and UTM campaign parameters;
- Selected CTA, form-submission, and Vera lead-gate events, including the label or destination associated with the event; and
- Information needed to prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect website availability.
We do not design the public analytics event payload to capture the text you type into ordinary form fields. Submitted lead information is handled separately through the relevant form workflow.
3. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and requested systems reviews;
- Deliver requested resources and manage prospective-client communications;
- Understand website performance, campaign attribution, and conversion paths;
- Maintain, secure, and improve the website and our services;
- Comply with applicable law and enforce written agreements; and
- Send marketing communications where permitted, with an available opt-out.
4. When We Disclose Information
Telamanis does not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, security, or lead management; to professional advisers; in connection with a business transaction; when required by law or legal process; or at your direction. Service providers receive information only for the functions they perform for us and are subject to applicable contractual and legal duties.
5. Website Analytics and Storage
The site uses local and session storage for pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. It may send page and conversion events to Telamanis's analytics endpoint and, when configured, to Google Analytics. The current Telamanis event payload includes the fields described in Section 2.2; it does not include screen resolution, precise location, broad clickstream recording, or time-on-page fields.
You can clear local or session storage through your browser. Browser privacy settings may also limit analytics features. Some essential site functions may still process standard request data, such as IP address and user-agent information, for delivery and security.
6. Client Service Data and PHI
Do not submit case files, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other protected or highly sensitive information through a public website form. If Telamanis receives client service data after an engagement begins, the signed agreement and approved client workspace govern what may be shared, how it may be used, who may access it, and how it is retained.
Where Telamanis acts as a business associate and receives Protected Health Information, the applicable Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA requirements govern permitted uses, disclosures, safeguards, incident reporting, subcontractors, and disposition of PHI. A website notice, confidentiality promise, or training checklist is not a substitute for a required BAA.
7. Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in light of its sensitivity and the systems involved. No website or storage method is completely secure, and this notice does not promise absolute security.
We retain information for the time reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the website, and enforce agreements. Client service data follows the retention and return-or-destruction terms in the applicable written agreement.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Telamanis and the information at issue, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain uses or marketing communications. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Submit a request through telamanis.com/contact or email tsg@telamanis.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. For verified California requests to know, delete, or correct where the CCPA applies, the substantive response period is generally 45 calendar days and may be extended as allowed by law with notice.
9. Children and Third-Party Links
The Telamanis website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. The site may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this notice as the website, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
