Gatekeeper

Evidence organized. Demand preparation accelerated.

Gatekeeper helps staff turn motor-vehicle-accident evidence into source-linked case facts and an editable Attorney Demand Report working draft for attorney review.

Gatekeeper

Staff enter a short case header and place source PDFs into evidence slots. Gatekeeper reads the documents, organizes source-linked facts, and prepares the report so the team spends less time assembling the same material by hand.

Police reports, bills, liens, insurance documents, medical records, and selected wage-loss evidence provide the source context. Billing reconciliation and Howell calculations remain distinct from lien payoff amounts; missing or conflicting information stays visible for review.

The supported workflow starts with motor-vehicle-accident matters. Staff cross-check and edit the Word report, then hand it to the attorney for case analysis. Gatekeeper prepares an Attorney Demand Report, not a final demand letter or litigation report.

One client reported paying $30,000 a year for EvenUp. Gatekeeper is included for the agreed Telamanis staff workflow. This is a client-reported comparison, not EvenUp’s standard price; plans and scope may differ.

Gatekeeper produces source-linked facts. TelaCase is the daily case workbench for staff review, gaps, and task ownership. Howler carries settlement-side facts and closing work forward.

Gatekeeper accelerates demand preparation; it does not finalize, approve, sign, send, negotiate, or file legal work. The firm retains legal decisions and review. Tools and configuration are included for the agreed managed workflow as defined in the written proposal.
