Do I need legal experience or a law degree?
No. We train you on everything — how U.S. personal injury cases work, insurance fundamentals, medical records, and our systems. What matters is good English, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn.
How does payment work?
You are paid twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, through Wise or Remitly. You receive the exact amount stated in your contract.
What are the working hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Nicaragua time, with a one-hour break. Evenings and weekends are yours.
Where do I work from?
From home, anywhere in Nicaragua, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls. There is no commute and no office requirement.
